Abstract

The invention discloses a front suspended vibration-isolating structure of an electric automobile motor. The structure comprises a vibration-isolating bracket mounted on an automobile frame, wherein a vibration-isolating pad is assembled on the vibration-isolating bracket, the vibration-isolating pad comprises an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve and a vibration isolator arranged between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve are connected into a whole by the vibration isolator after being vulcanized, the vibration isolator is made of rubber materials with favorable vibration isolating and damping effects, the surface of the vibration-isolating bracket is subject to a rust prevention treatment by electrophoretic paint, and the vibration-isolating bracket is formed by stamping and welding two support brackets and two connection pipes. By arranging the vibration isolator between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve of the vibration-isolating pad, the front suspended vibration-isolating structure of the electric automobile motor has the advantages of simple structure, superior vibration-isolating performance and high lasting quality, and is convenient in production, manufacturing and assembly,.
本发明公开一种电动汽车电机前悬置隔振结构,其包括安装与汽车车架上的隔振支架,所述隔振支架上装配有隔振垫,所述隔振垫包括内套、外套以及设置于内、外套之间的隔振体,所述内、外套经硫化后通过隔振体连接为一体,所述隔振体为具良好隔振减振效果的橡胶材料制成,所述隔振支架表面经电泳漆防锈处理,由2个支撑支架以及2个连接管经冲压焊接成型,上述电动汽车电机前悬置隔振结构于隔振垫的内、外套之间设置隔振体,不仅结构简单,便于生产制造,而且便于装配,隔振性能优越,耐久性能高。
