Tire supporting device of wrecker

Abstract

The invention relates to a tire supporting device of a wrecker. The invention adopts the scheme that two ends of a cross beam are respectively connected with a sliding sleeve; the sliding sleeves are flexibly connected with a slideway of a tire supporting bracket; a plurality of hooks are fixed on a supporting arm of the tire supporting bracket; the cross beam comprises two sliding sleeves flexibly connected with a sliding rail; the middle part of the sliding rail is connected with a bracket; the bracket is flexibly connected with a connecting arm on the wrecker body through a pin shaft; a plurality of through holes corresponding to a plurality of through holes on the slideway of the tire supporting bracket are arranged on the sliding sleeves; the sliding sleeves and the sliding rail are mutually connected and fixed by bolts; and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are fixed on the inner wall of the sliding rail to ensure that various vehicles with fault can be towed away. The invention overcomes the defect that the current general wreckers support a leaf spring of the supported vehicle and a plurality of supporting forks or supporting tools are needed. The invention is suitable for manufacturing wreckers matched with various vehicles.
一种清障车的托胎装置,采用横梁的两端分别连接滑动套,滑动套活动连接托胎架的滑道,托胎架的托臂上固定数个弯钩;所述横梁包括两滑套活动连接滑轨,滑轨的中部连接托架;托架经销轴与车体上的连接臂活动连接;滑动套上设置数个通孔与托胎架的滑道上的数个通孔对应;滑套与滑轨之间的相互连接由插销固定;滑轨的内壁固定数块加强筋,以保证拖走各种故障车的方案,克服了目前普通的清障车采用托举被托车辆的钢板弹簧,造成的托叉或托具繁多的缺陷。适用于与各种汽车配套制造清障车。
